Personal data

Personal data is data about your person. This includes your name, your address and your e-mail address. You do not have to disclose any personal data in order to visit our website. V.I.P.-Fahrerclub by EMB

The information you provide in the registration form for the V.I.P. Drivers' Club is collected so that we can process your registration and manage your membership in accordance with the GDPR. By providing your data, you agree to be contacted by us; we process your personal data exclusively for our own purposes. If required, you are welcome to request additional information on data protection and the data stored about you from us.

This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of your personal data. The storage and processing of your personal data is based on our shared legitimate interest. Your data is stored on our own servers at our location and is protected against unauthorised access by technical and organisational measures within the scope of our possibilities. They are neither used for other purposes nor made available to third parties for use for other purposes.

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • Contact you in order to respond to your registration, manage your membership and send you the resulting invitations and information
  • Storage of your data to track the outcome of your enquiry/response
  • If you have provided your e-mail address in order to receive invitations and membership information by e-mail

Cancellation/right of revocation and deletion:

Membership can be cancelled at any time and without observing any deadlines. In the event of cancellation and/or at your personal request, your membership will be deleted from our directories.

We will then delete the stored personal data in accordance with the statutory retention periods.

By signing the registration form for the V.I.P. Drivers' Club by EMB, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms of this privacy policy before returning the registration form to us.

CREDITREFORM

Our company regularly checks your creditworthiness when concluding contracts and in certain cases where there is a legitimate interest. For this purpose, we work together with Creditreform Regensburg Aumüller KG, Villastraße 4, 93055 Regensburg, from whom we receive the necessary data. For this purpose, we transmit your name and contact details to Creditreform.
